North London Choir Member & Ambassador Arthur undertakes 450km pilgrimage for CWNN

In September, our North London choir member, member rep and ambassador, Arthur, is fulfilling a life long wish to walk a 450km pilgrimage from his mother's birthplace in Rimini, along the route his father took in WWII and ending in the Italian capital, Rome.  He will be walking solo, with some friends and family joining him on sections of the route, and is planning on completing the pilgrimage in 2 months.

Arthur will be triumphing over adversity and considerable physical difficulties, to complete this life long dream, and we are extremely proud of him.  In the lead up to his epic journey, he has been sharing his own life story on his Facebook page, Arthur's Amazing Journey.  From his childhood in Hastings, to a life-changing accident, to his life long battle with addiction, it is a moving, honest and brave story to tell, so please do have a read to find out what has brought him to this point.  He has been training hard, and we are seriously impressed!

We are extremely honoured that he has decided that this would also be an opportunity to fundraise for Choir with No Name.

You can support Arthur in his quest by making a donation to his JustGiving page.  Help him reach his £1500 target, and possibly beyond!

We are hoping to keep you all updated on his progress along the way, so watch this space!
